Digital delivery and refunds

Digital delivery

Shop ALGNMNT sells the digital products described on each product page; no physical item is shipped. Nutrition, Made Simple — Complete Experience includes the 28-page PDF and the online companion course for $49 USD, paid once.

For the complete experience, create or sign into your website customer account during checkout using an email you can access. After successful purchase, open Login / Account → Digital Products → View to return to your course. Complete email verification if requested. Download the PDF from Start here or Your guide and resource library inside the course. A separate ebook-download email is not needed to access this course.

Standalone download products, when offered, use an order confirmation and a separate email with a file link. Save your downloaded file to a device you control. If a download link expires, follow it to request a fresh email.

If a message is missing, check Spam or Promotions and search for ALGNMNT. For help with an order, verification, course access, or a download, email community@algnmnt.life with your order number and a description of the issue. Please do not send card numbers or passwords.

14-day refunds

You may request a refund for a digital product within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing community@algnmnt.life with your order number. Downloading the file or starting the online course does not remove this 14-day option. If we issue a refund for the complete experience, access to the refunded course will be closed. Please stop using the refunded product and delete your downloaded copies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when the credit appears.

Contact us about a duplicate charge, damaged or inaccessible file, or an item that does not match its description even after that window. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include a replacement or refund. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Coaching services

This policy does not set cancellation, package-expiry, or refund terms for personal coaching. Those are addressed in the agreement provided for the approved coaching service. Prices, descriptions, and policies may change for future purchases; changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.

Purchases, accounts, and access

The product page explains what is included, its format, and its price. Review those details before buying and provide an email you can access. Applicable charges are shown at checkout. Nutrition, Made Simple — Complete Experience is a $49 USD one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription and no personal coaching included.

Use your purchasing website customer account to access the online lessons and activities. Your coaching account inside the Acuity booking window is separate. The PDF is available inside the purchased course to download and keep for personal use, subject to the refund policy. Return access does not require another subscription purchase.

Use a current browser and an internet connection for the online experience. The PDF includes fillable fields; use a PDF reader that supports forms, save your completed copy, and reopen it to check that your entries were retained. You may also print a personal copy.

The weekly planner and activity progress save in the browser on the device where you use them. They do not sync between devices and may be lost if you clear browser data or use private browsing. Download your plan to keep a separate copy. Squarespace's course-completion progress is associated with your customer account and is separate from these local activities. Personal use

Your purchase gives you permission to download and use the purchased material for your own personal, noncommercial use, including printing a personal copy. Copyright and other ownership rights remain with their respective owners. Please do not resell the file, post it publicly, redistribute copies, or share private download links. Nothing in these terms restricts uses that applicable law permits.

Education and coaching

Digital nutrition and fitness resources provide general education. They do not diagnose or treat a medical condition or replace individual advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Results differ between people, and purchasing a resource does not guarantee a health, fitness, or body-composition result.

Buying a guide or course, or creating a shop account does not constitute coaching approval or unlock paid training sessions. Human coaching starts with a consultation and coach approval; your coach then arranges payment and sessions with you. The applicable coaching agreement is supplied separately.

Help, refunds, and changes

For order, course-access, or download support, contact community@algnmnt.life. Our Digital Delivery and Refunds policy allows refund requests for new digital purchases within 14 calendar days of purchase, including after download or starting the course, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. We may update future product descriptions, prices, or terms, but those changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Information you provide

When you contact us, request a consultation, purchase a product, create a customer account, or book an appointment, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, billing or contact address, order and appointment details, and information you choose to submit. Coaching forms may include goals, training preferences, or other information relevant to your request. Please avoid sending medical records or unnecessary sensitive details in general website forms or email.

Payment details are processed by the connected payment provider, currently Stripe. We receive information needed to identify and manage the transaction, such as its status and limited payment-method details. Do not email full card information or passwords. If you choose another provider's payment method, that provider's terms and privacy information also apply.

Course activities and saved plans

The course's custom planner and activity answers use local storage in your browser on your device. They are not a cloud backup or a monitored coaching record. Avoid entering sensitive medical information. Course enrollment and native lesson-completion records are associated with your Squarespace customer account. Website usage measurement is described separately below.

Website activity, cookies, and measurement

Squarespace hosts our website and processes network, device, browser, and usage information to provide, maintain, and secure it. Essential technologies support security, checkout, and customer accounts.

We use Squarespace analytics and Google Analytics to understand website activity, and Google Ads measurement to understand consultation requests and referral performance. We have also configured Meta's website measurement integration, which can receive browser/device and page or event information when it operates. These services can process technical identifiers and activity on our site and may associate activity with information they process elsewhere, subject to their settings and policies.

Use Cookie Preferences on the website to manage optional performance/analytics and advertising choices separately. Google Analytics' native consent integration can send limited measurement signals without analytics cookies when analytics is declined. Declining analytics therefore does not stop every technical data transfer to Google. Our custom consultation-measurement events identify the selected coach and are designed not to include names, contact details, or health answers from the form. Google advertising personalization is disabled in our current setup.

Legacy browser Do Not Track settings do not disable all analytics on this website. Use Cookie Preferences to manage the website's optional cookie choices, and contact us for help with privacy requests. We do not promise that a browser signal or cookie choice prevents all third-party processing. Providers of embedded content and external social-media sites apply their own privacy practices. Following our social links takes you to those services.

How we use and disclose information

We use relevant information to fulfill orders, deliver downloads and course access, provide support, respond to inquiries, assess coaching requests, manage appointments, maintain records, understand website and referral performance, and protect against misuse. Coaches receive information needed to assess and provide the coaching you request.

Providers process information for hosting, payments, scheduling, business email, calendars, video calls, and measurement. These include Squarespace/Acuity, Stripe, Google Workspace/Calendar/Meet, Google Analytics/Ads, and Meta's configured measurement integration. Advertising and measurement providers may process technical activity for their own purposes as described in their privacy policies. Contact us to request opting out of advertising-related disclosures in addition to managing advertising choices in Cookie Preferences. We handle such requests according to applicable law.

We may disclose information when needed to comply with legal obligations, respond to valid legal requests, handle disputes, or protect people and our services. This notice does not describe all technical identifiers as anonymous.

Messages and your choices

Order confirmations, download messages, and booking communications are service messages associated with your request or purchase. Marketing signup is a separate choice where offered. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing message or contact us for help; this does not stop necessary order or appointment communications.

Email community@algnmnt.life to ask about information we hold about you, request access, correction, or deletion, or exercise another privacy right available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained to fulfill an order, maintain financial records, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation. Please do not send sensitive identity documents unless we specifically arrange a secure method.

Retention, security, and processing locations

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, considering the service relationship, transaction and recordkeeping requirements, disputes, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable measures and the access controls offered by our providers, but no online service is completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Changes
